We are a nonprofit dedicated to helping rural communities and people achieve the visions and goals they set for themselves. We’ve worked with over 300 rural communities as neutral conveners, facilitators, and advisors.
We build leadership networks and communities by working in the areas of Community Building, Leadership Development, Economic Vitality, Networking, and Organizational Development with specialized programming for Latino, Tribal, and Youth audiences.
