West Angeles CDC’s Small Business program provides assistance to entrepreneurs and small business owners throughout South Los Angeles and surrounding communities with starting and growing their business. Our program provides access to technical assistance, including one-on-one counseling, accounting and income tax preparation services, entrepreneurial training, and access to capital through our small business loan fund and Individual Development Account (IDA), also known as a matched savings program.
